The offer was advertised on Daft.ie
A HOMEOWNER in Limerick said they were “willing to share” their double room with someone who is "open-minded".
The listing - which was available to view online on Monday night but has since been removed - advertised a double room to be shared with the owner of the property located in the Castletroy area.
The rent being sought was €250 per month - not including electricity and gas bills which amounted to an extra €50 - and the offer was advertised as available from September 1. There are five rooms in total in the dormer house.
“5 Bedrooms dormer residence with 4 rooms upstairs and 1 double room downstairs. Double room downstairs occupied by owner and willing to share the room for 3 months only. Only open-minded people should apply,” read the offer on Daft.ie
The homeowner could only be contacted via email.
