Missing Dundalk man Paul Nesbitt left Louth Hospital in taxi

The family of missing Dundalk man Paul Nesbitt say that latest information suggest he was seen getting into a taxi at the Louth County Hospital on Wednesday 23rd April.

The family believe that Paul presented himself to the Minor Injuries Unit at Louth County Council at 6pm on the Wednesday.

It is understood that he slipped and had pains in his ankle.

The family believe that he made a phone call from the hospital to a friend.

He was later released from the hospital and got in a taxi.

Earlier on the same day, Paul was seen in the Clanbrassil Street area at 2pm.

Speaking to The Dundalk Democrat this afternoon, Paul’s sister, Sarah, said that the family are very concerned for Paul.

“I spoke to his friend who he contacted and nothing was out of the ordinary,” said Sarah.

“We are very concerned for Paul. He is a real sociable person and is very close to his family.

“He has never went missing for this long before. If anybody has any information, please get in contact with the Gardai.”

Paul is described as 5’ 7”, medium build, fair receding hair.

He has tatoos on the right side of his neck, his right wrist and left forearm.

When last seen he was wearing a grey and blue adidas tracksuit and runners.
