Louth County Council unveils online hub to speed up service requests and responses

Members of the public can now report local issues such as potholes, pay parking fines, and submit service requests through this centralised system.

Louth County Council has launched its new Customer Hub, an online platform designed to make it easier for the public to report issues, request services, and make payments.

The Customer Hub provides a single online account through which users can access a growing range of the Council’s 1,100+ services..

Accessible 24/7, the Council say the platform enables customers to submit requests and queries online, track progress in real time, receive faster responses and reduce the need for phone calls and emails.

Louth County Council handles an average of 17,000 customer enquiries each month, and say the Customer Hub will help manage this demand more efficiently while improving response times.

Members of the public can now report local issues such as potholes, pay parking fines, and submit service requests through this centralised system.

Developed to support the needs of the public, elected members and council staff, the new system replaces Louth County Council’s previous customer management platform and the Council say it represents a significant step forward in how services are delivered.

Additional features will be introduced on an ongoing basis as the platform evolves.
