Planning granted for five new townhouses in centre of Dundalk

Louth County Council has given the go ahead for the construction of five new townhouses in the centre of Dundalk.

Fane Enterprises Limited applied for planning permission in May 2025, seeking the go ahead for the development at Rampart Lane, Dundalk.

The developer sought the go ahead for the construction of a three-storey terrace building, comprising five, three-bedroom townhouses.

The planning application also provides for development works and associated site works to facilitate site drainage, and foul networks for the connection to existing foul, storm and public water networks.

A decision on the application had been due in June 2025 but further information was sought on the proposed development, which was submitted by Fane Enterprises Limited in December 2025.
