The death has occurred of Owen (Gene) Neary of Sandygrove, Sandylane., Blackrock, Co Louth
Peacefully at home on Tuesday 16th December 2025. Gene, son of the late Eugene and Margaret, beloved husband of the late Patsy née Sharkey, dear father of Helen, Michael, John and Jennifer, loving grandad of Aodhán , Alexandra, Doireann, Niall, Joseph, Holly, Jamie, Isabelle and Finn and brother of Peggy Martin, and the late Jule O’Hare. He will be sadly missed by his sons, daughters, grandchildren, sister, sons-in-law Peter and Kyle, daughters-in-law Denise and Zoe, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

The death has occurred of Anna Patricia Harper (née Ward) of 609 Ashling Park, Dundalk, Co Louth
Peacefully, surrounded by her family, in the kind and gentle care of the staff of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. Predeceased by her parents James and Agnes, her sister Jean (Kennedy), niece Michelle, nephew Andrew, and her partner Pat Joe.
Anna will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her children Donna, Lisa, Nicolle and Trevor, sons-in-law Darren and Aiden, daughter-in-law Amy, Donna’s partner Jim, 18 beloved grandchildren and 2 adored great-grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and by all who knew and loved her.
Reposing at her residence on Wednesday and Thursday from 2.00pm to 8.00pm for friends and family to call. Removal on Friday morning at 10.30am, walking to St. Joseph’s Church, Castletown, arriving for 11.00am Funeral Mass, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. House private at all other times. On 15 December, peacefully surrounded by her family, at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. Predeceased by her husband Christy, her parents Michael and Jane, sisters Joan, Maureen and Eileen and her infant brother Michael. Predeceased by her beloved husband Jim, parents Patsy and Katie, sisters Mary, Katie, Bridie and Peggy, brothers Mike, Tommy, Patsy and Hugh. Very deeply regretted by her daughters Doreen, Noeleen, Barbara and Una, son Peter, daughter-in-law Julie, sons-in-law and partner Nolen, Terry, Kieran and Jim, brothers Christopher and Martin, sisters-in-law Marcella, Laura and Dympna.

Removal on Friday morning proceeding via her residence at Belmont to St. James Church, Grange, arriving for Requiem Mass at 11.00am. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.
