Arrests made in relation to Dunleer burglary
Gardaí say they have arrested two men in connection with the investigation into a burglary at a premises in Dunleer, Co Louth, yesterday, Tuesday 2nd December.
In a statement from An Garda Síochána this morning, they say that the two men, aged in their 20’s, left the scene in a vehicle and were subsequently arrested on the M1.
They were detained pursuant to Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984, at a Garda Station in the Co. Louth area.
Both men have since been charged, and were expected to appear before Dundalk District Court this morning, Wednesday 3rd December 2025.
Gardaí add that investigations are ongoing.
