Gardaí in Louth have announced increased patrols in Blackrock Park in the run-up to Halloween following growing concerns about anti-social behaviour and the use of fireworks by young people.
Cllr Declan Power has called on Louth County Council to install free sunscreen dispensers at all Blue Flag beaches in the county and in key public buildings, as part of a wider public awareness campaign on skin cancer prevention.
