Louth stores celebrated at Londis Retailing Excellence Awards 2025

Eight Londis stores from Louth were among the top-performing retailers honoured at the Londis Retailing Excellence Awards 2025, held recently at the Seafield Hotel & Spa Resort, Gorey, Co. Wexford.

The event, hosted by BWG Foods, owners and operators of the Londis brand in Ireland, recognised the outstanding achievements in retail excellence of Londis’ nationwide network of community retailers.

Organised in partnership with independent evaluators Solution Management Associates (SMA), the awards celebrate Londis retailers who have demonstrated exceptional standards in areas such as fresh food quality, product range, store presentation, and customer service.

Each winning store underwent a comprehensive assessment to ensure they met the highest benchmarks in Irish convenience retailing. Among the Louth-based winners were:

  • Ailse and Eric Rocks, Rock’s Londis Castletown Road
  • Andrew & Joanne Brodigan, Brodigan’s Londis Quay Street, Dundalk
  • Niall Clarke, Clarke’s Londis Oriel, Dublin Road & Clarke’s Londis Ardee Road
  • Siobhan Dunne, Sunne’s Londis Bellurgan
  • Akash Aggarwal, Aggarwal’s Londis Collon
  • Seamus Griffin, Griffin’s Londis Crushrod Avenue, Drogheda
  • Brian Malone, Malone’s Londis Drogheda Road, Ardee

Conor Hayes, Sales Director at Londis, congratulated the winners, saying: "Since their launch in 2015, the Londis Retailing Excellence Awards have celebrated retailers who go above and beyond in delivering quality, service, and innovation.
