Generous Louth schoolgirl Eleanor raises over €600 for LauraLynn

Eleanor Martin

Four year old Eleanor Martin has raised over €600 as part of the Laura Lynn Locks for Love fundraiser this week.

Eleanor cut her hair to raise funds for The Laura Lynn Children's Hospice and donated the hair to the Rapunzel Foundation helping two charities at the same time.

The day before starting Junior Infants in St Mochtas N.S. in Louth Village she got her 14 inch locks cut in Très Belle, Felda. Her hair was plaited, cut and posted to The Rapunzel Foundation who provide wigs free to children who have suffered hair loss.

Eleanor’s iDonate page still remains open for those who want to donate at:  https://www.idonate.ie/fundraiser/eleanormartin
