The death has occurred of Kate (Kitty) Freeman (née Grant) of Tallaghan, Ballinagare, Castlerea, Co Roscommon and late of Drumkeith, Inniskeen, Co Louth
On 23 May 2025, peacefully in her sleep in her 103rd year, under the wonderful care of the doctors, nurses and staff of Sligo University Hospital. Predeceased by her husband Michael (Miko), her beloved daughter Bernadette and son-in-law Phil, her parents Pat and Mary, brothers Peter Michael and Tom, sisters Mollie Annie and Brigid.
She will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her heartbroken family, her daughters Christine, Anne and Majella, grandchildren Michael, Shane, Noel, Ciara, Michelle and Laura, great-grandchildren Nicola, Jamie Leigh, Charlie, Sophia, Liam and Leah, great-great grandchildren Aulay and Leo, sons-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, her many great neighbours and friends.
Reposing in the family funeral home Ballinagare, Wednesday evening from 5:30 with removal at 7:30 to the Church of the Sacred Heart Ballinagare arriving at 8 o'clock. Mass of the Resurrection Thursday at 1pm with burial afterwards in Drummin Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Brenda Finegan (née Woods) of Bishops Court, Dundalk, Co Louth
Peacefully at home on 24 May 2025. Brenda, daughter of the late Patsy and Mary, loving wife of Eddie, devoted mother of Aoise and Edward, and big sister of Linda and Sandra. She will be sadly missed by her husband, son, daughter, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives and friends.

Peacefully, at home, after a short illness. Predeceased by his parents Mary and Michael. He will be sadly missed by his sorrowing wife Annie (née Toal), sons Aaron and Damien, daughters Eve and Hannah, sons-in-law Colin and Brian, daughter-in-law Lynsey, grandchildren Harry, Lily, Lucy, Charlie, Tess, James and Josh, sisters Marie and Gerardine, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family and many friends.
Reposing at his home. Removal on Monday, via Hill Street Bridge, to St Joseph's Redemptorist Church, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St Patrick’s Cemetery. Enquiries to Quinn’s Funeral Homes on 042 9334521.
