The death has occurred of Br. Aidan (Patrick) Marron of De La Salle Brothers, Castletown, Portlaoise, Co Laois and late of Bridge Street, Dundalk, Co. Louth
On 19 May 2025, peacefully in the loving care of the community and staff of Miguel House. Predeceased by his parents Joe and Annie, his brothers Kevin and Des. Deeply regretted by his sister Sr. Leonie (Maureen) and his brother Donie, extended family, friends and especially by his confreres in religion and the staff in Miguel House Care Home.
Reposing in Miguel House on Tuesday 20 May from 11am with Evening Prayer and Rosary at 7pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday afternoon at 2.30pm, followed by burial immediately afterwards in the Monastery Cemetery, Castletown.

The death has occurred of Thomas Joseph (Tom) Ward of Dalkey, Co Dublin and formerly of Park Street Dundalk, Co Louth
On 18 May 2025, peacefully, in the wonderful care of all the staff of the Ashford House Nursing Home, beloved husband of the late Mary, loving father of Ann, Joan, Dee and Nora. Deeply missed by his daughters, sons-in-law, grandchildren Catherine, Eoghan, Aidan, Shane, Ali, Jen and Oliver, and his devoted sister Ann, brothers-in -law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Also remembering his late brothers Des, Paddy and Peter.
