Former Carroll Village Shopping Centre in Dundalk

The former Carroll Village Shopping Centre in Dundalk has changed hands with its new owners saying that its vision is to "revitalise and reinvigorate" the local community.

Castle Entertainment Centre Limited, an innovator in commercial real estate, said in a statement today that it is "proud to announce the acquisition of the Carroll Village Shopping Centre, a long-neglected retail complex located in the heart of Dundalk".

The statement said that under new ownership, the centre is poised for a major re-development "aimed at creating a dynamic retail destination that will serve as a catalyst for economic growth, job creation, and community renewal".

“We see incredible potential in this site,” said a spokesperson for Castle Entertainment Centre NI. “Our vision is to breathe new life into the town centre with a thoughtful and sustainable redevelopment.”
