The death has occurred of Tommy (Thomas John) Meegan of Drumboat upper, Inniskeen, Co Monaghan / Inniskeen, Co Louth
Peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday 23 April 2025 after an illness bravely borne. Dear son of the late Mary Ellen and James. Beloved husband of Kitty (Catherine). Much loved father of Niall and Emma Jane. Sadly missed father-in-law of Ricky. Adored grandfather of Thomas James, Emilia, Seán and Conor and predeceased by granddaughter Lily Ann, brother Petie, sisters Rose McArdle, Molly McGinnity, Anna Quigley and Bella Jones. Lovingly remembered by his sister Teresa McEnteggart, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at his residence on Friday 25 April from 11am until 8pm. Removal from residence at 10.30am Saturday 26 April arriving for 11am Requiem Mass in the Church of Mary Mother of Mercy, Inniskeen. Burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Inniskeen.

The death has occurred of Ita McKeown (née Lennon) of Townley Hall Road, Tullyallen, Co Louth / Louth Village, Co Louth
Peacefully at out Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. Predeceased by her husband Tommy and son Fergus, brothers Jim and Joe, and sisters Patricia, Winnie and Maeve. Sadly missed, by her daughters Olivia, Patricia and Doreen, sons Donal, Declan, Kieran, Colm and Cyril, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren and great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Reposing at Watters Funeral Home, Collon, on Friday 4pm to 8pm. Arriving at the Church of The Assumption Tullyallen, on Sunday for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in Louth Cemetery, Louth Village.
