Dundalk Roads Policing Unit were on patrol on the N2 yesterday when they say they observed the driver of this car overtaking four cars on a solid white line towards a bend in the middle of a heavy downpour of rain which drastically reduced visibility.
The driver was stopped and it was discovered they did not have a valid license and tested positive for cannabis.
The driver was arrested and the vehicle was seized.
They were later charged and will face a court appearance.
