The death has occurred of Christopher Murphy of Rathcor, Riverstown, Dundalk, Co Louth
Peacefully, in the dedicated care of the staff of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. He will be sadly missed by his sorrowing wife Kathleen (née Callan), daughters and sons Jennifer, Linda, Sylvia, Antoinette, Ferdinand, Marie, Anthony and Chris, his sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Removal on Wednesday 23 April, leaving Quinn's Funeral Homes, Bridge Street, Dundalk at 5.30pm, proceeding to the family home to repose on Wednesday evening for family only please. Reposing at his home from 2pm-9pm on both Thursday and Friday for public visitation. Removal on Saturday at 10.20am, to St. James’ Church, Grange, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. The death has occurred of Ailish Cousins (née Matthews) of The Sycamores, Freshford Road, Kilkenny City, Co Kilkenny and formerly of St. Clements Park, Dundalk, Co. Louth
On 22nd April 2025, peacefully, in the exceptional care of the staff at Kilkenny Care Centre, Newpark. Predeceased by her beloved husband Harry and siblings Mamie (Harrison), Tom, Patsy, Michael and Nicholas. Much loved mother of Patricia (Pat), Robbie, Dennis and Ian. Ailish will be dearly missed by her loving family, brother Noel, son-in-law Paul, daughters-in-law Deirdre, Brenda and Heidi, grandchildren Kyle, Claire, Ali, Robyn, Teddy, Isabel and Harvey, great granddaughter Lottie, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and good friends.
Reposing in Johnston's Funeral Home, John's Green, Kilkenny on Thursday from 5pm with Funeral Prayers at 6.30pm followed by removal to St. Canice's Church. Requiem Mass on Friday morning at 11am. Funeral afterwards to Foulkstown Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Joseph (Josie) Breen of Santry, Co Dublin / Greenore, Co Louth
On 20 April 2025, peacefully, aged 96 years surrounded by his loving family. Joseph, beloved husband of the late Catherine (Kit) and loving dad to his devoted sons Sean, Michael, Gerrard and the late Kevin. He will be sadly and greatly missed by his sons, grandchildren Sarah, Amy, Daniel, Sean, Laura, Conor, Katie and Adam, great-grandchildren Jade, Sean, Jasmine and Conor, daughters-in-law Mary, Marie and Audrey, nephews, nieces, relatives, friends and neighbours.
Reposing at the Fanagan Kirwan Funeral Home, Ballygall Road West on Monday 28 April from 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm. Funeral on Tuesday morning to Our Lady of Victories Church, Ballymun Road for 10 o’clock Requiem Mass followed by Burial in Dardistown Cemetery. Donations if desired, to St. Francis Hospice, Raheny.
