The newly unveiled strategy sets out a bold vision for the next three years, with a focus on creative collaboration, sustainability, and economic development.It reflects Creative Spark’s dedication to fostering an environment where creativity can thrive and communities can grow together.

Developed by Creative Spark’s voluntary Board of Directors and Trustees, in consultation with staff, members, partners, and the wider community, the plan outlines a clear path forward while staying rooted in the values that define Creative Spark’s work.
The Strategic Plan 2025–2027 is now available to the public and will guide the organisation’s initiatives, partnerships, and programming in the years ahead.
Creative Spark says its vision is to position the region as a thriving creative hub—offering knowledge, connections, and facilities that drive economic and developmental opportunities for innovators, start-ups, creative industries, educators, learners, and the wider community.
Its mission is to provide space and technology within a collaborative and accessible environment, delivering diverse programmes that engage and empower creative and entrepreneurial individuals by building capacity and anticipating the evolving needs of successful, sustainable innovation.
