May they rest in peace

The death has occurred of Jimmy Moran of Hyde Park, Dundalk, Co Louth

Peacefully on Saturday 5 April 2025 in the wonderful care of the staff of Cúram Care Home, Dundalk surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his son Noel, his parents Patrick and Julia and his brothers and sisters. Jimmy will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his beloved wife Pauline (née Clancy), sons John, Karl, Paul and Denis, daughter Rosemary, brother Kevin, sister Sheila Crompton, daughters-in-law, his adored grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, extended family relatives, wonderful friends and neighbours.

Reposing at his home in Hyde Park on Monday from 11am. Removal on Tuesday morning at 10.30am proceeding on foot to St. Joseph's Redemptorist Church arriving for Funeral Mass at 11 o'clock followed by burial in St. Patrick's Cemetery Dundalk.

The death has occurred of Gerard (Gerry) Curran of 141 Ard Easmuinn, Dundalk, Louth

Peacefully, in the dedicated care of the staff of Cúram Care Home, Castletown. Predeceased by his parents David and Rosena, his baby grandson Phoenix and his brother Noel. He will be sadly missed by his heartbroken wife Freda, daughters and sons Gillian, Neill, Aoife and David, his sons-in-law Laurence and William, grandchildren Lucy, Janey, Violet, Conan and Juno, brother David, sister Bridie, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, his relatives and close friends.

Reposing at home on Monday 7 April, from 2pm-8pm. Removal on Tuesday 8 April, to the Church of the Holy Redeemer, arriving for Funeral Mass at 1pm. Private cremation will follow. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to the Garden at Cúram Care Home, Castletown, donations box and envelopes at the home and Church. Enquiries to Quinn’s Funeral Homes on 042 9334521.

The death has occurred of Patrick (Paddy) Murphy of Tatebane, Hackballscross, Dundalk, Co Louth

Peacefully, in the dedicated care of the staff of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Mary Alice and brother Peadar. He will be sadly missed by his sorrowing wife Marie, sons Colm, Oliver, John and Kevin, daughter Jane, daughters-in-law Anne, Moira, Cara and Karen, grandchildren Conor, Shannon, Niamh, Eóin, Ceire, Amelia, Lorraine, Darren, TJ, Kayleigh, Taylor, Lewis, Byron and Jermaine, brothers and sisters Jack, Briege, Marie, Kitty, Annette, Geraldine, Colette, Colm and Irene, his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

Funeral Mass on Monday 7 April in the Church of the Most Holy Rosary, Brid-a-Crin at 11.30am, followed by cremation. House private please, by request of the family. Enquiries to Quinn’s Funeral Homes on 042 9334521.
