The plan was adopted at Louth County Council March meeting
Louth County Council’s 2025 Annual Service Delivery Plan was officially adopted by elected members at the council’s monthly meeting on Monday 24 March.
The Annual Service Delivery Plan sets out the principal services that the local authority will continue - or intends - to deliver in the relevant year. It also includes the objectives and priorities for the delivery of each of these services. The plan aligns with the 2025 Budget, adopted by elected members in November 2024, and incorporates the latest available performance indicators from 2023 which will be used to benchmark service delivery in 2025.
It also fits within the wider vision of the Louth County Council Corporate Plan 2024-2029, which sets out the local authority’s long-term goals and strategies. Each service objective in the plan is supported by detailed team plans and personal development plans for staff, ensuring a structured and accountable approach to service delivery.
In shaping this plan, the council has considered all relevant policies and strategies, including the Corporate Plan 2024-2029, Local Economic and Community Plan 2024-2029, Capital Programme 2024-2027, Annual Budget 2025 and the County Development Plan 2021-2027.
