May they rest in peace

The death has occurred of Paul O'Rourke of St. Ronan's Terrace, Dundalk, Co Louth / Dublin 2, Co Dublin

Peacefully surrounded by his family on Saturday 22 March 2025. Predeceased by his parents Larry and Sheila, nieces Pamela and Tracy. Dear brother of Larry, Brendan, Philip and Desmond, sisters Annette Cassidy, Milanda Kelly and Audrey McEntee. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his brothers and sisters, brother and sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, aunts, extended family relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at his sister Audrey’s home, Old Bridge, Toberona, from 12pm to 8pm on Monday. Removal on Tuesday morning at 10.40am on foot to St. Joseph’s Church, Castletown, Fatima, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11 o ‘clock followed by burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

The death has occurred of Arthur Dunne of Ravensdale Park, Dundalk, Co Louth

Peacefully, at home, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his beloved wife Annie, parents John and Elizabeth and brother Peter. Deeply regretted by his son John, daughters Mary, Elizabeth, Ann, Cecilia and Briege, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, his sister Bridget Kehoe, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and extended family.

Removal on Monday 24 March, from his home, to the Church of the Sacred Heart, Jonesborough, arriving for Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining Sacred Heart Cemetery. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired to Palliative Care. The death has occurred of Briege McAleer (née Watters) of Beechmount Drive, Dundalk, and formerly Marlbog Road, Haggardstown, Dundalk, Co Louth

Peacefully in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, on Friday 21 March 2025. Predeceased by her husband Mickey, parents Patrick and Kathleen, brothers Jim, Eamon, Martin, Patsy and Ronan, sisters Essie and May. Beloved mother to Paul, John, Brian, Lisa and Sinead. Much loved nana to her adored grandchildren Michaela, Dylan, Annie, Lauren, Fiacre, Sean, Hermione, Charlotte, Olivia, Gem and Daire.

She will be forever loved and missed by her heartbroken family, her sons, daughters, grandchildren, son-in-law Aidan, daughters-in-law Susan, Pauline and Lorna, her dear niece Majella Watters, brothers and sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family relatives, neighbours and friends.

Removal on Monday morning at 10.20am from Shevlin’s Funeral Home, to Briege’s residence in Beechmount Drive. The funeral cortege will then proceed on foot to the Church of the Holy Redeemer arriving for Funeral Mass at 11 o’clock followed by cremation in Lakelands Crematorium, Co Cavan. No flowers please. House strictly private at all times.
