May they rest in peace

The death has occurred of Sheila McGrane (née Duffy) of Slieve Foy Park, Muirhevnamor, Dundalk, and formerly Rathmore, Kilkerley, Dundalk, Co Louth

Unexpectedly but peacefully at her home. Predeceased by her son Alan, daughter Jacqueline and their dad Joe. Beloved mother of Joe and David. She will be sadly missed and remembered by her sons, daughters-in-law Grainne and Eve, her adored grandchildren Nicole, Aoife, Niamh, Micheala, Clíodhna and Tiernan, great-grandchildren Owen, Mason, Donnacha and Daíthí, extended family relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Shevlin's Funeral Home Barrack Street on Friday 2pm to 8pm. Removal on Saturday morning at 10.40am driving to The Church of the Holy Family arriving for Funeral Mass at 11 o'clock followed by burial afterwards in St. Patrick's Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Thomas (Tommy) Fay of Knockaunranny, Moycullen, Co Galway / Tuam, Co Galway / Ardee, Co Louth

On March 11, 2025. Dearly beloved husband of the late Kathleen. Predeceased also by his son-in-law Brendan, siblings Anna, Patrick (Patsy), Seánie and Paschal. Sadly missed by Mary, Sylvia and Anna, his brother Frankie, sisters Elizabeth and Patricia, nephews, nieces and relatives, in particular those in Australia.  

The family will gather on Friday at ‘Aiséirí ‘ funeral parlour in Moycullen, for reposing therein from 4.30 p.m. Removal at 6.00 p.m. to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Moycullen. Requiem Mass on Saturday at 11 a.m followed by burial in Rahoon cemetery.

The death has occurred of Carmel Muckian (née Roddy) of Mountain View Crescent, Dundalk, Co Louth

Peacefully on Wednesday 12th March 2025 in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Kevin, parents Clement and Eileen, brothers Bertie, Sheanie, Jimmy and sister Olive. Beloved and cherished mother of Joe, Alan, John and Pauline.

She will be very sadly missed and remembered by her sons, daughter, her adored grandchildren Amy, Claire, Cian, Megan, Cara, Katelyn and Kayla, son-in-law Peter, daughters-in-law Maria, Carol and Suzanna, brother Clement, sisters May Black, Kathleen Sheehy and Eileen Halligan, nephews, nieces, extended family relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at her home Mountain View Crescent on Friday 12noon to 8pm. Removal on Saturday morning at 10.40am on foot via Hyde Park to St. Joseph's Redemptorist Church arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by cremation in Lakelands Crematorium, Co. Cavan. Family flowers only donations to North Louth Hospice.
