The former Carroll Village Shopping Centre in Dundalk

The former Carroll Village Shopping Centre at the Long Walk in Dundalk is going on the market and is to be sold via digital auction on 14 February.

The property for sale comprises the retail accommodation within the southern section of The Carroll Village Shopping Centre. Included in the sale is the freehold interest in the entire Carroll Village site, extending to approximately 2.14 hectares (5.28 acres).

The freehold is held subject to several third party long leasehold interests, including the former Super Quinn / Anchor Unit to the northern end of the site, a common areas long lease in respect of the Centre's common areas, access points and car park, and various rights in favour of Louth County Council running through sections of the car park.
