John McCabe Nissan had double cause for celebration this week when its dealerships in Louth were named as the winner of the ‘Nissan Overall Dealership of the Year’ award and the ‘Nissan Sales Dealer of the Year’ award.
The coveted ‘Nissan Overall Dealership of the Year’ award was won by John McCabe Nissan Drogheda, while the ‘Nissan Sales Dealer of the Year’ award was won by John McCabe Nissan Dundalk
The remarkable double was achieved after the two dealerships scored top marks in a series of audits to assess how they have created a customer centric culture. The audits examined sales performance and how they have implemented best practices to improve overall performance and to enhance the customer experience.
“Nissan is delighted by the high standard of customer care that has been achieved by all of our dealers. John McCabe Nissan has truly excelled and their success in winning our top two awards underscores their unrelenting commitment to putting customers first and going that extra mile for customers, each and every day. They have set a very high benchmark for others to follow,’ said Seamus Morgan, Managing Director of Nissan Ireland.
“We are delighted to be named as Nissan Overall Dealership of the Year and Nissan Sales Dealership of the Year. Our success would not be possible without the loyal support of our customers in Dundalk and Drogheda. We are proud to be part of the local community and to maintain a high standard of customer care,” said Robert McCabe, Dealer Principal at John McCabe Nissan.
“Our success is also down to the brilliant team of people working at both of our dealerships. Their hard work, commitment and dedication allows us to maintain the highest possible standards for our customers. We are exceptionally proud of what we have achieved together, and we look forward to building on our success,” he added.
