Nine year old Zeke from Cooley
A rescue himself from Dog’s Aid is this year’s Louth representative for the nationwide Nose of Tralee competition.
Nine year old Zeke, a black German Shepherd from Cooley will be up against 31 dogs and cats from around the country to win the title.
Zeke currently has played brother from another mother to over 200 kittens and loves when his rescue siblings get to be adopted into dog and cat friendly homes.
Owner Kate says he’s a gentle giant, and oozes calm and patience and although he may look like a wolf, he quickly makes even the most dog wary people feel comfortable.
