Chamber members on their tour of Servisource

Continuing with their member’s Business Tours in partnership with Dundalk Chamber Skillnet, last Thursday saw chamber members visiting Servisource in their offices in Quayside Business Park.

CEO Declan Murphy welcomed members and give an insight into the history of Servisource, where himself and his wife Marguerite started the business in a room in their home, initially providing a recruitment service for the construction industry.

A few years later they moved into the healthcare market which has grown so much that they have become one of the leading international healthcare recruitment, talent solution and care service providers, with over 3000 plus staff placed with clients in Ireland, UK, Europe and America.

Declan then passed over to members of the Servisource team who explained about the different services that they provide from employee wellness programmes, and training with a tutorial on CPR from Geraldine (you can teach a person CPR in 8 minutes).

Visitors also learned about their other services such as the Issac Care and myhomecare.ie. and their new addition of an Autism Assessment Unit for children aged 3 to 17, which will be opening soon in their Dundalk Office (to date they have two units in operation in Ireland), with the high volume of children waiting on assessment this is an additional service to the Dundalk branch of Servisource. Children can be referred for assessment from the HSE or privately.
