• An Bord Pleanála has given the green light for a development of 89 new homes at the Red Barns Road in Dundalk to go ahead.
• Cllr Maeve Yore has slammed Louth County Council's “junket” to New York for St Patrick’s Day, saying she asked at the February council meeting that in light of the the US' involvement in the Gaza conflict, for US delegates to be invited to Louth instead.
