John Aldridge, the Liverpool and Republic of Ireland legend, visits Dundalk on Friday 3rd June for a Q&A evening in McAlester's Bar.
The event follows on from a hugely successful evening with The Sopranos star Joseph R. Gannascoli last month in the Bridge Street venue.
Like Gannascoli, Aldridge offers personalised video shoutouts on Irishify.com, an online gifting platform based in Dundalk.
The increasingly popular website will co-host the event with the former striker, who netted 19 goals for the Boys in Green as well as winning a league title and FA Cup with Liverpool.
Aldo will look back on his career at Anfield, playing for Jack Charlton's Irish side and field questions from the audience.
There will also be photo opportunities with the legendary forward.
"We were overwhelmed with the interest and excitement surrounding Joseph R. Gannascoli's visit to McAlester's and, indeed, the town," said Paddy Casey, Irishify.com co-founder.
"We can also see from his popularity on our site that John Aldridge is still a much-loved figure among football fans in this country and we're delighted to welcome him to Dundalk on 3rd June."
Aldridge is no stranger to the town, as he explains:
"I actually trained at Oriel Park with the Ireland squad and really enjoyed my time there.
I can't wait to return and enjoy a few pints of the black stuff with some good company in McAlester's."
