Catherine Allison & Company Solicitors welcome new highly experienced Litigation Solicitor Emma Fearon who who joined the firm in February 2019 and has blended in with the strong, dynamic legal team of Catherine Allison & Company Solicitors, the largest firm of Solicitors in Dundalk. The well known solicitors are established almost 20 years in business in Dundalk.
Emma was educated in Northern Ireland and obtained LLB hons Law Degree from Trinity College, Dublin. She obtained her Legal Practising Certificate from College of Law in Chester U.K. while practising in Newry and St. Albans U.K.
She worked for multi-national firm Herbert Smith Freehills on large Scale Commercial Litigation before extending her practice in Criminal and Civil Litigation with a particular focus on Personal Injury.
Emma has practised in Litigation for over a decade and is highly experienced in all areas, in particular complex Personal Injury and Medical Negligence cases. She is further qualified to practice in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
