Drive through cafe planned for Marshes Shopping Centre in Dundalk
Planning has been lodged with Louth County Council today, seeking permission to develop a single storey cafe incorporating a drive-through facility at The Marshes Shopping Centre in Dundalk.
The proposed cafe, according to the application would “include an internal seating area" and the application also seeks permission for a “wall mounted signage on the northern, eastern and western elevations with a single free-standing totem sign also proposed along the eastern site boundary.”
Vehicular access is provided via a new access in the north-east corner of the site, according to the details submitted with Louth County Council.
The application, which is currently in a pre-validation stage, was submitted by KW Investment Funds.
A decision is due on the application by 17 October 2018.
