Dundalk Retail Park has gone on the market for leasing, according to a listing posted on Daft.ie today.
The retail park comprises 20 retail warehouse units, stretches to 22,390 square metres (241,000 sq. ft.) and is anchored by Woodies DIY.
Additional retailers include Argos, Currys, Halfords, Maplin, Homestore + More, Heatons and Smyths Toys.
According to the listing, the rent that would be charged to potential investors is negotiable.
