Houses in two new developments on the Avenue Road, Dundalk have gone on the market this week, through REA Gunne.

At Medebawn near the Avenue Road, a group of six new semi-detached, three bedroom houses have gone on sale this week.

The houses, which were built by McParland Bros Builders Ltd, are A-rated homes, c.112 square metres in area, and face an open green area.
