Conditional planning permission granted for 32 new homes in Dundalk
Louth County Council have granted conditional planning permission for a development at 84-88 Dublin Street, which will see 32 new homes and two retail units being developed.
The application was made in January 2018 by Flood Francis Developments Ltd., with the decision being made on 3 August following the submission of extra information regarding the development in July 2018.
The new development will see two new retail units being developed, as well as one one-bedroom and one two-bedroom at ground floor level.
It will also see 30 new residential units "arranged around a podium level courtyard", comprising of five one-bedroom, 21 two-bedroom and four three-bedroom units.
There will also be a courtyard open space and playground developed at the site, along with parking area, cycle parking and communal storage space.
It is not yet known when construction will begin on the site.
