Landmark building in Dundalk one of several up for auction

10 Earl Street is one of several commercial properties up for auction this month

Number 10 Earl Street, a landmark building at Dundalk town centre, is among a number of commercial properties in the county, that will go under the hammer in a public online auction, at the end of this month.

The online auction which is being held by Irish auction company Bid X1 on Wednesday 28 February, will see commercial properties across the country go up for online auction, including seven in Louth – three of which are in Dundalk town.

Of the three properties in Dundalk up for auction, 13 Earl Street is listed as having the biggest guide price at €300,000. Comprising of a retail unit(currently let to individual trading as Stitchcraft), take away unit and former night club, this property will undoubtedly attract attention.

Another property which will attract attention from potential investors is 60/61 Bridge Street, Dundalk, currently trading as Milanos. With the lease to expire in 2041 and current rent reserved at €14,400 per annum, the €120,000 guide price might be great value for the right investor.#
