Louth IFA holding special meeting on CAP and Brexit

Louth IFA are to hold a special meeting on the future funding of CAP as well as an update on Brexit, on January 29 at The Monasterboice Inn at 8.30 pm.

Matt Carty, MEP for Midlands North West, will attend and address the meeting, where he will speak on the issue of the future funding of CAP.

He will also cover the present negotiations regarding BREXIT and what it could mean for Ireland and the Border Area.

Louth IFA believe that this is an ideal opportunity to hear first-hand from someone at the very heart of EU Affairs.

They are encouraging all interested to attend and be briefed, on two of what they say are the biggest issues that will have an enormous impact on the sustainable future for farmers and farming.

Louth IFA is extending an open invitation to all the surrounding counties Cavan, Dublin, Meath and Monaghan to attend the meeting.
