A pre-application request for 142 new dwellings in Dundalk has been lodged in the past with An Bord Pleanala.

According to Louth County Council’s planning application lists, the pre-application was lodged on 15 November.

The request submitted seeks permission for 142 new dwellings at Mount Avenue, Farrandreg, Dundalk.

Urban Life Developments Limited are the applicants behind the proposed development.

According to the development description, the application has been lodged with An Bord Pleanala, meaning Louth County Council is not the decision maker.

Louth County Council say queries relating to this application should be directed to An Bord Pleanana.

A decision on the application is due by 14 January 2018.
