Allsop have announced details of their first auction of 2017, an Online Auction to be held on 23rd February.

Four Dundalk properties are going under the hammer on the day, including two parcels of land – 31 acres at Haynestown with potential for a range of uses which is reserved at €290,000 - €310,000 and approximately 20 acres at Haggardstown, zoned for Agriculture, which is reserved at €190,000 - €210,000.

There is also a detached four bedroom house at Hackballscross reserved at €155,000 - €165,000 and a city centre mixed-use investment on Jocelyn Street comprising a ground floor retail unit and first floor two bedroom apartment which is reserved at €115,000 - €125,000.
