The management of the popular giftshop The Giftbox on Laurence Street in Drogheda has announced their business will close in June 2026.
Taking to social media, management said:
"It has been an absolute pleasure to look after all of our lovely customers whom we have come to know over the past 15 years.
"During this time, we have gotten to know so many of our valued customers and their families.
"Due to other work commitments and lack of footfall in the town, we feel that the time has come for us to say goodbye.
"Vouchers and Clubs can be used in the coming weeks and months as we are fully stocked.
"Our doors are still open and we will be delighted to look after each and every one.

"Again, we would like to reiterate our appreciation."
