The Phoenix Bar in Dundalk, a well known Park Street tavern, was listed for sale for today by online auction platform, BidX1. According to the details on the BidX1 website, the online auction opened at 10.30 am and was to run until 12.10pm this afternoon, with an invited opening bid of €380,000.

The property is described by BidX1 as being arranged over the ground and two upper floors to provide an end of terrace public house. Internally, the property comprises an open-plan bar, kitchen area, store and cold rooms, with the Ladies’ and Gents’ WCs on the first floor, together with ancillary accommodation on the second floor.

The entire property is currently let to an operator under a licence agreement to an individual t/a The Phoenix Bar for a term of 4 years 9 months from 1 May 2024.
