GAA President to visit Knockbridge next week

The St Brides clubhouse at Páirc an Chuinnigh will be one of the stop offs on the visit

GAA President Jarlath Burns is set to pay a trip to Knockbridge next Monday, visiting St Mary's National School in the village, as well as the St Brides clubhouse at Páirc an Chuinnigh.

A big turnout is expected in Knockbridge for the visit, along with, local political representatives, members of the different boards including from the LGFA, camogie, as well as football and hurling.

Other local groups in the Knockbridge community are also invited along on the day, which begins at 1.30 pm at St Mary's National School.
