Day of Solidarity with  Palestinian People in Dundalk

The International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People will be marked in Dundalk on Wednesday November 29 with an evening event at the Imperial Hotel.

There will be a spokesperson from Sadaka, the Ireland Palestine Alliance and Khalid El-Estal, a Belfast-born Palestinian who was recently reunited with his two children as they escaped from Gaza, will also be in attendance.

There will be a video message from Omar Barghouti from the BDS movement and Palestinian poetry on the night.

A spokesperson said: “Everyone who has the Palestinian people at their heart is very welcome to attend the event which starts at 7.30pm in the Imperial Hotel.”
