Gallery: Louth Club Championship Launch 2023

While we are still fixated on how Mickey's Harte's Louth Footballers are progressing in the league, one eye has to be on the club scene, which has already got underway via the subsidiary leagues, the Sheelan Cup and Mullen Shield.

But last week also saw the first major draw for 2023 locally, as the groups for the Senior, Intermediate and Junior championships were announced following a live draw at the Centre of Excellence in Darver.

If you haven't already heard the draw, you can find a full breakdown and some analysis via the below story.

As the official start and de-facto launch of the championships, there was a wide variety of people in attendance. From County Board officials, to club delegates, as well players from the majority of competing clubs.

On hand to take some fantastic pictures from the event was the Democrat's resident photographer Arthur Kinahan. Below is a gallery of the best ones.
