Louth County Council say they are aware of a recent dumping of household waste and plastic drums at Cappoge, Dunleer.
They further say a Fixed Penalty Notice has been issued as evidence was found by their litter team.
The Council urge people to employ the bin services of a registered company or utilise the recycling centres based in Drogheda and Dundalk.
