Dundalk FC continue to make progress on and off the pitch at Oriel Park as they prepare for life back in the Premier Division.

Work on the new pitch is making excellent progress. Following the preparation of the base earlier this week, installation of the new shock pad and playing surface is now underway.

The inclusion of the shock pad represents an additional investment by the club, improving impact absorption to enhance player safety, ensuring a more consistent bounce and roll, and increasing the overall lifespan and environmental performance of the surface compared to the previous pitch.

Subject to favourable weather conditions, the club remains hopeful that the pitch will be completed before Christmas.

Work on the new floodlights will commence in the New Year. The club will update supporters on our progress after Christmas.

The club is progressing plans to improve toilet facilities and address drainage issues at Oriel Park, with the objective of providing new facilities for both home and away supporters.

The club also plans to carry out a full CCTV survey and cleaning of the underground drainage system to tackle long-standing blockages and surface water issues around the ground.

Once the final scope is agreed, the club will move the project forward and keep supporters updated as work progresses. Dundalk FC will also place a strong focus on further infrastructure improvements in 2026.

The club is exploring ways to refresh the look and feel of Oriel Park on matchdays. This includes plans for general painting around the stadium and the possibility of working with local artists on new design features in the future.

While these improvements will take time to develop and deliver, they aim to gradually create a more vibrant and welcoming environment for supporters.

Season Tickets are on sale now.

As Dundalk prepare for the new season, they are working hard to strengthen the team and deliver important improvements to Oriel Park. To support these goals, season ticket pricing has been adjusted for the year ahead.

They have taken this step carefully, recognising the ongoing commitment of our supporters and the crucial role Season Ticket income plays in sustaining the club and enabling progress on and off the pitch.

The club are confident that, together, these investments will help create a better matchday experience and a stronger Dundalk FC.

The club remain hugely grateful for the continued backing of the supporters and is hopeful of a positive response to the campaign.

The new Dundalk FC kit is proving hugely popular with supporters, with excellent feedback received on its quality.

They will be taking steps to make the club shop more accessible to fans in the run-up to Christmas.

The first team returned to training in early December, with the aim of returning to Oriel Park after Christmas. Talks are ongoing with potential new signings and will be confirmed on dundalkfc.com when all matters are finalised.

The club are continuing to restructure and modernise club operations, including how we communicate and engage with supporters.

These improvements will take time to fully implement, and the club appreciate the patience and understanding shown during this transition.

The club's aim is to build a more effective, transparent and supportive club environment, and they look forward to updating you as this work progresses.
