On Tuesday, they played Portstewart, winning comfortably again. A 9-0 win with goals from Ollie Connolly-Conroy (4), Josh King (2), Jack Ruane, Shay Woods and Matuesz Wrobel.
That leaves them top of the group, with the minimum of a draw needed on Wednesday, against Maiden City Academy, to top the group and make it to the quarter final of the Foyle Cup.
They battled out a 0-0 draw against Maiden City Academy last night. The result was enough to top Group A which will bring them to the quarter-final stage in a clash against winners of Group H Cappry Rovers FC.
A tough game where Dundalk had the better chances but failed to hit the net against a solid Maiden City back four and keeper.
As the game went late into injury time Maiden City Academy pushed for a winner which they needed to top the group but brave and disciplined defending from Dundalk earned them a point.
They play this evening at 7pm to try book them themselves a place in the semi-final.
