Dundalk FC head to Bishopsgate this evening to take on Longford Town in the SSE Airtricity Men’s First Division tie. Kick-off is at 7.30pm.

The Lilywhites come into the game unbeaten in their last four matches, having picked up two wins and two draws, and currently sit top of the pile in the First Division standings.

Last time out, they battled to a 1-1 draw against Finn Harps at Oriel Park, and before that, they were held to a 1-1 draw against Treaty United at Markets Field.

They’ll be aiming to keep their unbeaten run going this season against a Longford side who have failed to pick up a win in their last five games.

In the previous battles between the sides, Ciarán Kilduff's side have come out on top twice, drawn twice, and lost once.

Their most recent win came earlier this season at Oriel Park, where they showed real character to come from behind and beat Longford 2-1, with Dean Ebbe and Eoin Kenny getting the goals.
