Judge Stephanie Coggans said she would mark the case as 'time passing' on the next occasion
Dundalk district court heard last week that the directions of the DPP are still awaited in the case of a man accused of two counts of sexually assaulting a woman in her 40s.
The 49 year old, who can't be named for legal reasons, is charged with committing the alleged offences at Muirhevnamor Park on Friday August first.
In further remanding the defendant in custody to appear again by videolink on September 17th, for the DPPs directions, Judge Stephanie Coggans said she would mark the case as 'time passing' on the next occasion, but added that it is unlikely that she will be the judge sitting then.
