Gardaí probe paint damage at north Louth property

The incident, which Gardaí say involved the use of paint, occurred on 3rd January

Gardaí in Louth are investigating an incident of criminal damage at a property in Ravensdale, Co. Louth.

The incident, which Gardaí say involved the use of paint, occurred on Saturday 3rd January and caused damage to the driveway of the property at around 5:55pm.

Gardaí say investigations are ongoing. Anyone with information can contact the Garda Confidential Line at 1800 666 111.

In a statement, Gardaí said:

"Gardaí received a report of criminal damage to the driveway of a property at Ravensdale, Dundalk, Co Louth, on 3rd January 2026. The incident, involving paint, occurred at around 5:55pm. Investigations are ongoing."
