Dundalk Chamber recently led a business tour to IFM’s facility at Mullins Cross, Dunleer.

Established over 57 years ago, IFM has grown to become a market leader in Ireland’s industrial distribution sector. During the visit, Chamber members were welcomed by IFM’s owners Joe and Trish O’Reilly alongside their dedicated team and were given a first-hand look at the company’s unique approach to customer service and industry partnership.

Participants toured IFM’s fully robotic warehouse facility and speaking after the tour, Dundalk Chamber CEO John McGahon said “the tour also showcased IFM’s vital role in supporting multiple key sectors in Ireland, including agriculture, construction, marine, and engineering. Chamber members learned how IFM distributes an extensive range of products from globally recognised brands such as Orlen Oil, Gates Hydraulics, and Baldwin Filters. IFM is a real success story for our region.”

Joe O’Reilly of IFM said “We were delighted to have the Dundalk Chamber and their members on site to see our operations in action. Their interest and engagement reinforces the importance of businesses like ours in the region’s industrial supply chain. Having the Chamber behind us gives confidence as we plan for further expansion and future investment.

"This was a fantastic opportunity for us to shine a light on our business, we are continually investing in technology, people, and strong customer relationships that benefit the local economy."
