Thursday 22nd May - Fireside Sessions presents The Dundalk Dolls + StuDa - Doors 9pm. Free admission.

Fire up your Thursday night plans for May 22, as Toales Fireside Sessions welcomes two rising talents to its intimate acoustic series—The Dundalk Dolls and special guest StuDa.

In just two years, The Dundalk Dolls have built an impressive résumé, releasing a string of critically acclaimed singles and a debut album that reveal a richly evolving sound.

Their blend of superbly crafted songs, soaring harmonies, and heartfelt lyrics has earned them a devoted following in Dundalk and across Ireland.

This will be a stripped-down intimate acoustic version of their usual big band sound, making it something truly special.

They’ll be joined by StuDa, a London-Irish singer-songwriter currently in the studio crafting his debut single.

This Friday, May 23, Toales Live Venue plays host to Bedside Community, the musical project of multi-instrumentalist singer-songwriter Roberto Tamburrini, who's set spans an eclectic soundscape—from folk and post-punk to grunge, shoegaze, and early-’00s indie—woven together into a moody, melancholic indie-rock tapestry.

His honest, thought-provoking lyrics delve into mental health, grief, addiction, and the everyday struggles of modern life.Support on the night comes from Ocean’s Myth and Fod, ensuring a richly varied evening of original music.

Saturday 24th May - Toales' Battle of the Bands – Empty Spaces/ Apollo/ Deepest Well/ Iterations. Doors 8pm. Admission only €5.

In honour of the late Eileen Kirk, Toales Bar’s Battle of the Bands returns for Round Two on Saturday, May 24, showcasing four rising acts—Empty Spaces, Apollo, Deepest Well and Iterations—all battling for a €500 prize and the coveted 2025 trophy.

All ticket proceeds benefit North Louth Hospice, so every riff and chorus supports a vital local service.

Music lovers of every age are invited to witness fresh talent, celebrate community spirit, and keep Eileen’s memory alive through live song.
