Dundalk parkrun teams up with Operation Transformation

Dundalk parkrun is absolutely delighted to be teaming up with Operation Transformation which kicks starts on Saturday January 16.

Mary Maher, Dundalk parkrun Ambassador accompanied by Sarah McEneaney Dundalk parkrun core team member attended the launch of Operation Transformation in Marlay Park on Saturday, and met with the Founder of parkrun Paul Sinton-Hewitt .

Mary is looking forward to welcoming all Operation Transformation participants to walk/run the 5k course in the DKIT at 9:30AM every Saturday morning. “parkrun helps me to challenge myself and then a feeling of achievement. Of course, fun and friendships are there too.

So if this rings a bell in you, come along any Saturday morning at 9:30AM in the DKIT. We’ll be there to offer you all support and encouragement”.

Mary will be recognisable in her red Operation Transformation tee-shirt.

So, if you have friends and family watching the program please invite them to come walk, jog or run every Saturday. Please register via www.parkrun.com/dundalk and print off barcode to ensure your time is logged.
