Great your dancing shoes on! The Blues Brothers Night is coming to Louth

The 'Bavarian Blues Brothers' will perform in the Spirit Store on Saturday, 19th April

After a gap of two years, the legendary Bavarian Blues Brothers return to the Spirit Store in Dundalk on Saturday, April 19th, following a very successful Irish tour in 2023.

The band were very well received nationwide on that trip and are re-visiting Dundalk now for the third time.

Those who attended the Spirit Store performance back then will remember a great night of dark suits, Ray-ban sunglasses and Fedora hats which recalled previous gatherings held by the legendary Dundalk Bachelor Club in Derryhale Hotel and the Rugby Club, back in the ‘90s.

But the wait is over, and the night everyone has been waiting for, the legendary Blues Brothers Night, is back up and running again.

Headlining the show are none other than Europe’s No. 1 Blues Brothers tribute band, the “Bavarian Blues Brothers” from Bavaria in Germany.

Founded in 2004, the band have performed a multitude of shows around Germany, Austria and Switzerland, playing songs not only of the Blues Brothers but also from legends such as Aretha Franklin, James Brown, Commitments, and so on.

With eleven musicians on stage a unique high energy performance is guaranteed.

The "Bavarian Blues Brothers" love the music they’re playing and that’s what people feel. When they start playing you can’t help but join in singing, clapping and dancing.
